To receive a full refund, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours' notice will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment will not receive a refund.

If you show up late to an appointment, the appointment will end at the time scheduled and you will still be charged for the full session.

If an appointment is requested with a service that is less than 24 hours in advance, expect an increased rate. The increased rate will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Be prepared to learn! Tutors want to see you succeed and it takes effort from both parties to reach the desired academic achievement of understanding the material and grades.
